This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for products and services purchased directly through MeHosting.com, operated by Comparox OÜ. By making a purchase, you agree to the conditions below.

2. Domain Registrations and Renewals

Non-Refundable After Registration: Domains cannot be cancelled or refunded once registered, in compliance with ICANN and registry rules. This applies even if registration errors occur (such as spelling mistakes).

Renewals: Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed. To avoid renewal, customers must disable auto-renewal before the due date.

Failed Transactions: If a registration or renewal fails due to a technical or registry error, we will reprocess the order or issue a full refund.
3. SSL Certificates

14-Day Refund Window: SSL certificates may be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of purchase if they have not yet been validated, issued, or activated.

Non-Refundable Once Issued: After issuance, SSL certificates cannot be refunded.

Reissues: Certificates issued with incorrect data (for example, CSR errors) may be reissued if supported by the certificate authority.
4. Advertising Purchases

Prepayment Required: All advertising campaigns are billed in advance.

Cancellations Before Start: Campaigns cancelled before the start date qualify for a full refund.

Active Campaigns: No refunds are available once a campaign has begun, even if impressions or clicks remain unused.

Service Failure: If a campaign cannot run due to a technical issue on our end, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the undelivered portion.

Content Violations: If a campaign is cancelled for violating advertising rules, laws, or third-party rights, no refund will be given.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Customer mistakes (such as misspelled domains or wrong certificate type).

Failure to use or configure a purchased product or service.

Services purchased from third parties via referral links on MeHosting.com.
