These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MeHosting.com, operated by Comparox OÜ. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

MeHosting.com provides global web hosting comparison tools and sells domains, SSL certificates, and advertising services directly to customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make purchases.
If you use our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
You may not use MeHosting.com if you are located in a country subject to EU, UN, or OFAC trade sanctions.
By using the site, you confirm you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use MeHosting.com only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or harvesting price or provider data for resale or competitive use.
- Uploading harmful code, spam, or misleading content.
- Using the site to promote competing platforms or services.
Violations may result in IP blocking, account suspension, or legal action.

4. Third-Party Providers and Affiliate Links

MeHosting.com lists information about third-party hosting providers for comparison.
Some links may redirect you to third-party websites. Purchases made there are subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
Comparox OÜ does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party services and is not liable for disputes or damages arising from them.

5. Purchases on MeHosting.com

We sell domains, SSL certificates, and advertising services directly.
All purchases are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to these policies.
All purchases are final unless explicitly covered by the Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to require identity verification before activating services.

6. Domain Registration Agreement

By registering or renewing a domain through MeHosting.com, you agree to the following additional terms:

ICANN Compliance: All registrations follow ICANN and registry rules.
Accurate Information: You must provide and maintain valid WHOIS contact details. Failure may lead to suspension or cancellation.
Registrant Rights: You are the legal registrant. Comparox OÜ acts as registrar/reseller intermediary.
Renewals and Expiration: Renew domains before expiry. Expired domains may enter a redemption period with additional fees.
Transfers: Transfers are permitted under ICANN rules. Restrictions apply during the first 60 days of registration or transfer.
Prohibited Use: Domains cannot be used for illegal activity, spam, malware, or IP violations.
Disputes: Handled under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).
Non-Refundable: Registrations and renewals are final and non-refundable, except for failed processing.

7. SSL Certificates

By purchasing an SSL certificate, you agree to:

Compliance with CA Rules: Certificates are issued subject to CA/Browser Forum and the issuing CA’s policies.
Customer Responsibilities: You must provide accurate information for issuance, complete validation steps, and install/configure the certificate correctly. Private keys must be kept secure.
Revocation: Certificates may be revoked by the CA if false information is provided, misuse occurs, or required by law. Revoked certificates are non-refundable.
Refunds: Certificates may be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of purchase if not yet issued. Issued certificates are final and non-refundable.
Liability: Comparox OÜ’s liability is limited to the amount paid. CA warranties, if applicable, apply directly between the CA and you.

8. Advertising Services

Advertising is billed in advance and subject to approval.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Illegal products, counterfeit goods, or scams.
- Hate speech, violence, or extremist material.
- Pornographic or adult content (unless expressly permitted).
- Misleading, false, or deceptive claims.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring they own the rights to submitted materials.
Comparox OÜ is not liable for damages resulting from advertisements or third-party claims.
Campaigns cancelled for rule violations are non-refundable.

9. User Accounts

Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and must contain accurate information.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
Comparox OÜ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts after 12 months.
Users are responsible for backing up their own data.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content (design, text, graphics, software, branding) belongs to Comparox OÜ or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the site for comparison and purchasing purposes.
Automated scraping, framing, reproduction, or resale of site content is strictly prohibited.

11. Cookies and Data Usage

MeHosting.com uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, advertising, and affiliate tracking.
By continuing to use the site, you consent to cookies in line with our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Comparox OÜ does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or up-to-date content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Loss of data or technical failures.
- Errors in listings or third-party content.
Our total liability for direct purchases (domains, SSL, ads) is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
No warranties are implied beyond those required by law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government action, labor disputes, pandemics, cyberattacks, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, your obligations (including payment) remain in effect.
We may retain necessary records for compliance or legal purposes.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
Customers must first contact us via email or live chat to resolve disputes.
Unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will appear on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated by email or on-site notices.
Continued use of MeHosting.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
