This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the rules for refunds and cancellations of products and services purchased directly through MeHosting.com, operated by Comparox OÜ. By making a purchase, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Law)
Under EU law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, certain digital goods and services are excluded from this right of withdrawal once delivery or activation has taken place. This policy clarifies how refunds and cancellations apply to the products offered on MeHosting.com.
2. Domain Registrations and Renewals

Non-Refundable After Registration: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to ICANN regulations and registry policies. This applies even if the domain was registered in error (for example, spelling mistakes).

Renewals: Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed. Customers are responsible for disabling auto-renewal before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

Failed Transactions: If a registration or renewal fails due to a system or registry error, we will reprocess the order or issue a full refund.
3. SSL Certificates

14-Day Refund Window: SSL certificates may be cancelled and refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase if the certificate has not yet been validated, issued, or activated.

Non-Refundable Once Issued: After issuance, SSL certificates cannot be refunded, in line with CA/Browser Forum standards.

Reissues: Certificates issued with errors caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect CSR data) may be reissued if supported by the certificate authority.
4. Advertising Purchases

Prepayment: All advertising campaigns on MeHosting.com are billed in advance.

Cancellations Before Start: Campaigns cancelled prior to the start date qualify for a full refund.

Active Campaigns: No refunds are available once a campaign has started, even if impressions or clicks remain unused.

Service Failure: If an advertising campaign cannot run due to a technical issue on our side, we may grant a full or partial refund based on the undelivered portion.

Content Violations: If a campaign is cancelled because the submitted content breaches our advertising guidelines, laws, or third-party rights, no refund will be issued.
5. General Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after successful registration, issuance, or campaign launch.

Customer errors (e.g., wrong domain spelling, wrong certificate type).

Failure to use or configure a purchased product or service.

Services purchased from third-party providers via comparison links on MeHosting.com (in such cases, their policies apply).
6. Refund Process

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
